Since 2018
What started as a "side-hustle"
In 2018, Corey was attending Kansas State University for Construction Management, while working full-time for a high-end remodeling company in Topeka, KS. Despite being incredibly busy, he spent his time taking on side jobs to support his family. With the demand for remodeling and home renovation at unprecedented levels, Corey decided to start his own company, then called Diamond G Remodeling, and provide his services to the Topeka area.
After over two years of business ownership, Corey went to work for another high-end remodeling company in Topeka, KS. From May 2021 to August 2023, Corey served as a Lead Carpenter and Project Manager for a well-known design and build firm. He served as a team leader, managed multi-million dollar new builds, and coordinated with subcontractors to ensure projects were getting completed.
In the late summer of 2023, Corey decided to return to business ownership, and Diamond G Construction, LLC was created. He currently collaborates with other home builders, contractors, and homeowners to serve the Topeka area, as well as Osage County, KS.

We're not a handyman service.
We’re licensed and insured to complete residential remodeling projects. We tend to take on projects that larger companies pass up. Our work typically takes a few days to a few weeks to complete, depending on the size of the project.

Diamond G was a cattle brand used in our family for generations. The brand’s legacy of hard work and service to others is something we want to carry forward with Diamond G Construction. Our company’s values are reflected in the way we do business:
