Tell us a little bit about your project and what you’re hoping to accomplish. We’ll set up a time and date to come out and take a look. 

Corey will meet you at the address you provide in the booking link. You will need to be available to walk him through your home and discuss your potential project. He will take some measurements and talk details about your project – desired materials, timetable, etc. 

Prior to starting work, we’ll create and share a written estimate that encompasses the work we plan to do. This will include estimated pricing broken out by labor and materials. We try to get written estimates out within a week of the visit. We’ll send it to you electronically from diamondgremodel@gmail.com. 

After you approve of the written estimate, we’ll book our calendar and get to work on ordering materials (or we can assist you in ordering them). We are a small business and we appreciate your flexibility if schedules change. We’ll let you know in advance if your project’s start date changes.

Prior to starting work, we’ll confirm the work to be done. Note: any changes will affect the estimate!  We typically collect 50% of the estimate or the cost of materials up-front. Materials are purchased, and the job is completed. Upon completion of the job, we’ll send over a final invoice for the remaining amount.
